The First Layer of Protection for a pool in Spain ( Vallas para piscinas ): No one thing can make a pool safe at all times. Multiple layers of protection are necessary to address the specific risks present when the pool is in use and when it is not. For outdoor pools the first and most basic item of protection is an adequate and secure fence ( valla piscina ) that will both prevent access when the pool is closed and unattended and control access when the pool is open and being supervised. Requirements for pool fences ( vallas piscinas ) construction vary by locale; some local jurisdictions have stricter requirements than others so you should check with local agencies (city or county board of health, building department, etc.) for specific public pool requirements in your immediate area.

Height: Though some jurisdictions permit fences as low as four feet tall, prudency requires at least five, preferably six feet of protection. There are some jurisdictions that require fences eight and even 10 feet tall around outdoor pools.

Construction: Spacing between vertical elements should not exceed four inches both to prevent access and to meet fencing codes aimed at preventing head entrapment that do not allow openings between four and ten inches. The horizontal space between elements (and the size of chain link or lattice openings) has been reduced to 1.25” in many jurisdictions to prevent climbing . Fence materials should be durable, low maintenance, and reasonably priced.

Gates, Doors, and Locks: Gates should be limited in number (but enough to meet life safety codes). They should be self-closing with self-latching locks that are sufficiently high to prevent small children from opening them. All gates should be positioned such that they can be easily observed by lifeguards or other safety staff. They should be actively monitored or controlled by security hardware while the pool is open and locked while the pool is closed.

Doors into an adjacent building should have self-closing hardware; doors from an adjacent building should allow access only to deck areas that are easily monitored by the on-duty lifeguard; they should be locked when the pool is closed and unguarded. All other gates or doors (e.g., to pool chemical or other service areas) should be locked and closed except when being actively used.

Other Considerations: Accessibility: All pool areas should be protected from unauthorized access by children. However, they should be accessible to all authorized adult users, including those with disabilities. Because the height of an adult in a wheel chair is very similar to the height of a child, child-resistant latches should be used – i.e., latches that require strength or agility beyond that of small children.

Wading Pools: Wading pools should be separated by fencing that prevents small children from having easy access to a deeper pool. If the wading pool is within the perimeter of the taller pool-area fencing, the minimum recommended height for the wading pool fence is four feet (48 inches). Gates into the wading pool area must be self-closing and self-latching. In facilities having multiple types of pools or spas it is advisable to separate (or have the capability of separating) each pool.

Additional Security: Open pools should have the protection of well trained, vigilantly scanning lifeguards. Closed pools should have one or more of the following security measures:
• signs – Pool Closed or No Trespassing
• storage – any storage should be kept away from the fence so it cannot be used as a climbing aid
• motion-activated lighting
• security cameras – monitored or recording
• pool alarms or sonic monitoring – to activate private or public emergency response
• pool and/or spa covers – should be locked to make the pool completely inaccessible
• private security surveillance (i.e., guard service)

If you want to lose body fat and gain lean muscle mass, fitness strength training is especially necessary for you. If this sounds like you, then you are going to find the following information very useful. Fitness strength training is not something that you can rush into, and you really have to make sure that you are aware of all this before you get started.

Whether you are interested in fitness strength training or fitness circuit training, this information will be helpful.

Maintain Muscle Mass Balance

One of the most important things to know about fitness strength training is how important it is to maintain muscle mass balance. After all, the last thing you want is to have a well toned upper body and lacking lower body. You want to make sure that your body is gaining muscle evenly, so ensure that you are doing the proper amount of each exercise.

Also focus on compound exercises in your fitness training routine more than isolation exercises, and a good rule of thumb when it comes to fitness training in general is to start each muscle workout with compound exercises and save the isolation exercises for the very end of the workout.

Take it Easy

Take things easy especially if you are just a beginner. See to it that you don’t put too much pressure on yourself just so you could achieve the goals you set. Sure you may want to go crazy and workout several times a week to get the quickest results, but this is not the way that you should go about it.

Instead, you want to take your time and ease your way into it. Start off with even just one or two workouts a week, and then as you progress and begin to get stronger and more familiar with your workout, you can increase this and begin exercising more frequently. Make sure you do some work on your diet too. Check out the best diet for men.

If you want more help and more personalized advice, you can speak to a personal trainer who will be able to work with you here. They can talk to you one on one and determine what your problem areas are and what your strengths are and where you are going to need the most help.

Speaking with a nutritionist would also be a great idea, because they will help you create the right diet plan. You can exercise all you want, but if you are not eating the right foods you will not be able to tone and shape your body as you desire.

When an individual has decided that they have an interest in buying a used vehicle they will often consider a jeep. The best place to find a used jeep for sale would be most like a reputable used car sales dealership. This way you at least get some type of warranty. The reputable car dealers are astute at making sure there cars are in decent shape. You cannot lose sight though it is a used vehicle. Several things can go wrong with it.

When it comes to deciding what kind of jeep you want there are some things you need to consider. Do not just go out and buy a used Jeep Wrangler for example because it is the name you recognize the most. If you have come upon one at a car lot, check it out to see if it has the features and benefits that you expected to find in this model.

You may want to do a comparison with, say, a used Jeep Grand Cherokee for example. The most important thing to remember is to first find a jeep that meets your needs and requirements.  Then the next issue could be does it have the extras that you would like to have. You are most likely going to have to consider the price. Here you can determine perhaps finding a jeep that does not have as many extras that you were hoping for, but will fit your budget. If the extra features are necessary then try a few bargaining tactics.

Everyone is getting on the bandwagon. Large corporations successfully use eBay auctions to clear leftover stock, the Postal Service rids itself of unclaimed merchandise, police departments sell confiscated goods. Thousands of nonprofits are doing business with eBay.

Are eBay auctions the fundraiser’s sugar daddy or are the dangling cash-carrots never quite reachable?

There you have both ends of the online auction spectrum. Likely, your organisation’s ability to generate donations in this fashion lies somewhere in between, hopefully toward the high end. Merely registering an account with eBay doesn’t guarantee that sellers will be prompted to donate part of an item’s selling price to your group. Or that buyers will gobble up your items. Philanthropically minded people are only beginning to see online auctions as a serious avenue of charitable giving.

Successfully trading on eBay is far more than a mechanical process. You’ll need staff and/or volunteer commitment, and sales and marketing know-how. It takes little skill to get on the bandwagon; it takes a lot not to fall off.

There are several main reasons to use eBay as part of your overall fundraising plan. Not because its the cool thing to do. Not because it takes the place of person-to-person campaigning.

But because:
* EBay enables your group to reach a huge, new market of non-constituents, uncultivated strangers who will immediately participate in funding your projects by buying your items.

*You can fit a few hundred people in an in-house auction room, but you can reach millions online.
*You’ll capture new prospects. A percentage of buyers will turn out to be donors to future campaigns if your follow-through is sound. Otherwise, why not simply run an online membership auction from your organisation’s web site?
* It’s cost effective. No space to rent, tickets to sell, caterers to hire, and so on.
* Its novelty will captivate volunteers who are used to performing the same campaign tasks year after year.

How you can capture a profitable share of this new market depends on the sales direction you take, the items you offer, how they’re presented, and your game plan.

Direct and Community Selling
You’ll obviously receive the most income and acquire the most new prospects if your group uses donated items to auction. For nonprofits, eBay terms this “Direct Selling.” It’s the same technique used by organisations that produce in-house, live auctions by soliciting in-kind gifts.

“Community Selling” is a term eBay uses to describe the process whereby sellers designate all or part of the selling price to an organisation. This offers your present donors new opportunities to support your drive.

For example, the Smith’s annual gift is $125. Your latest newsletter describes and promotes the benefits to the campaign from members selling unwanted items on eBay. The Browns’ decide that two 17″ hand painted platters are items they haven’t used for years. They list them on eBay at $19.95 each and designate your group to receive 80% of the selling price.

The remaining 20%, they figure, will take care of shipping. The platters each sell for $25. You have an additional donation from the Browns of $40. If 99 other present donors did the same you’d have an additional $4,000 on top of their cash gifts. And what about the members who couldn’t afford to give you cash donations? Surely, many of them would find an item or two to sell on eBay on your behalf. So, you see, the potential for raising funds through eBay is real, but eBay is only the vehicle, not the driving force. Selling the concept is the organisation’s job.

What Items to Auction?
While it’s been shown that many non-constituent eBay buyers react favorably to knowing that proceeds of a sale are helping fund a nonprofit organisation, their interest is driven by an item’s appeal, not necessarily an organisation’s mission.

People will buy anything, especially when they think they’re getting a deal. Last time I looked, a set of 10 real cattle teeth was about to be auctioned for $7.99. But since you’re in the serious business of raising money, not running online garage sales, offering genuine collectable teeth will do little to help fund your annual budget. Stay away from trinkets when soliciting direct selling items if possible. However, memorabilia is a natural for online auctions.

The more your items play to a universal audience the more they’ll be seen, and the higher the selling price. For example, a vintage Cowboy type belt buckle from a city in Arizona could sell to a local organisation member or be even more valuable to an Australian outback buyer.

Most everything sells on eBay, but collectibles have always been big sellers, also electronics in all categories, music, books and games. Everyone has a few old books and CDs lying around that you can convert to cash by selling them on ebay. And certainly one-time, high profile items with special appeal, like seats in a corporate box at a big game. Or a trip to the Barrier Reef.

I fell in love with American roots music while I was in college in the late 1960s. The irony of that is that I was born and grew up in the Washington, DC area and had to move to Minnesota to hear the blues for the first time!

I should say that it was in college that I first heard the blues played by the original artists. I’d been a big fan of the Rolling Stones and numerous other British Invasion groups who were all playing their versions of the blues, or derivatives thereof. I just had no idea at the time that they’d been so heavily influenced by a whole generation of musicians that I’d never heard of.

In the meantime, there were American musicians playing blues and blues-influenced rock to small, but devoted audiences. Three of my favorites (discovered for the most part years later) were Lonnie Mack, Albert Collins and Roy Buchanan. Lonnie Mack is best known for his radio hits, but is a killer blues player as I discovered much to my surprise when Alligator Records put out a video of a concert with Lonnie, Albert and Roy at Carnegie Hall in New York City from the early 1990s. The concert was called “Further On Down The Road” and was a real eye-opener for me when I first saw it. It’s still one of my favorite videos.

With the explosion of videos on the Internet, there is a wealth of blues video footage from the 1950s through today. It’s a blessing that so much still survives from the early days. Watching some of these legends perform helps make it clear just why they are legendary.

You can’t just practise SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) without some kind of experience or information to go on. The better information you have to go on will mean the better you are at optimizing your websites content for good search engine results & rankings. I have some tips and tricks you can use to start your SEO adventure and for the best results i’d suggest finishing off your website before submitting it to search engines, so no half finished websites or content would be acceptable.

1. One of the best tips many SEO professionals will give you is to not stuff your content with keywords you’re trying to target, but instead place the recommended amount of keywords which is around the 4% – 7% of your websites content – so the more content you have will mean more keywords accoring to the percentage.

2. Take advantage of the heading tag. Place a reasonable amount of keywords you’re trying to target with the obvious phrases and descriptions.

3. Choose your keywords wisely. There is no chance in this world you’re going to get at the top of page one on Google if you’re trying to target highly competitive keywords such as “Coding” – but instead use more realistic keywords and phrases such as “Coding tutorials” or “Easy coding tutorials” and then in the long run who knows you may well be a big competitor to others for the keyword “Coding” as an example.

4. Many Search Engine Optimisation consultants will tell you that content is king. If you do not have sufficient content (being content that is well written and uses your keywords wisely) then you’ll not get very far when looking to get high in the rankings. Not always is content better displayed in quantities but quality content will always work wonders.

5. Back links are a crucial and should be worked on day in day out if you’re to rank highly for competitive search terms. The most highly ranked websites often have thousands of back links which ranks them well in big search engines. A good place to get started when building links is to submit to website directories.

The insurance market is opaque to most people. There are many providers offering life policies on the German market. As a private consumer you can hardly get the overview. Nevertheless one wants to find the best solution. Usually it is not easy for the consumer to find the right provider that fits best with the own requirements. How can you find the right insurance covering your requirements at the best price? Therefore you can use a price comparison machine. The following site offers a free life assurance comparison: Risikolebensversicherung finden. There you can find the right life insurance offer out of the multitude of German insurers.

The life insurance with a decreasing sum insured should e.g. be considered if a real estate loan will be repaid evenly over time and the risk implications for the economically dependent relatives steadily decrease over the years. The life insurance contract may be combined with an occupational disability coverage. An additional insurance cover is possible for the accidental death by arranging a higher sum insured. Taking out a life insurance is important to provide financial security for the spouse and children in the case of death of the policyholder. To assure your life with a constant sum insured is possible as well as the variant with a falling sum insured.

A special form of life insurance is the life assurance concerning related lifes. This insurance type has the intention to provide reciprocal protection of individuals who find themselves in a mutual relationship of economic dependence. For sole wage earners, who bear the responsibility for a family, the life policy with its relatively small current contribution payments is very important to provide the best protection for the surviving dependants. The financial safeguarding of the family against the financial risk of the bread-earners death should be an integral part of every private insurance package. It is not necessary to visit all the German life policy companies by oneself when looking for a good solution. You can retrieve an online comparison and even contract your insurance here: Risikolebensversicherung im Vergleichstest. With a life policy concerning related lifes for instance the husband, registered partner or partners of a non-marital relationship can provide protection for each each other in case of death of the companion. This kind of life policy also might be interesting for business partners who want to perpetuate the financial and professional capacity of the other in the event of death of one partner.

There are different descriptions that people discuss for flipping. Some refer to it as actually purchasing a property, then quickly repairing it to resell it. This is something you can implement but there are also a lot of other financial risks that can be an issue, particularly in down or declining areas.

So while we mention flipping, we are talking about securing homes cost effectively and then assigning (or flipping) them to another buyer for a speedy profit. While we mention real estate investing by wholesaling, we are basically mentioning finding properties at a discount and assigning them cost effectively to another person or rehabber; thus the term wholesale. For further explanation on jargon, when you flip a home to another person, this just means you are offering the right to them to close on the house directly from the owner.

Once you get a house under contract, you will have control. Then you can flip it to another investor at full price or for a flat fee so they can purchase it. They take your place in the contract, then purchase the house, take care of fixing it up and either keep it or sell it to someone else for retail price. This type of Real Estate Investment is a great no issue option to create quick profits using little or no cash or other lending techniques.

Since you have neither of these limitations you can also do as a many as you want making creative real estate investing a good cash flow system especially once you have a reliable revenue model working for you!
